Corentin Chavy Mâcon-Chardonnay from Burgundy, France, is a delightful dry still White (Chardonnay) wine. Crafted from Chardonnay grapes, it is vinified and aged in stainless steel to preserve its bright primary fruit character and refreshing freshness. This wine offers an expressive core of vibrant citrus and succulent peach fruit notes, beautifully balanced by bright acidity and culminating in a long, clean finish. A versatile choice, it pairs wonderfully with poultry, lean fish, and mild cheeses. This wine is also suitable for vegetarians.

Vinification
The grapes were harvested and then immediately transported to the family domaine in Puligny-Montrachet, where temperature-controlled fermentation took place in stainless-steel to preserve the freshness and primary fruit character. The final blend was assembled and then aged a further eight months in stainless-steel before bottling.
