Clos Venturi `1769` Rosé Corse AOC, Corsica, France is a vibrant, dry still Rosé crafted from 100% Sciaccarellu grapes. Hand-harvested and gently pressed with minimal skin contact, it ferments with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel, then matures on its lees for six months with bâtonnage, adding texture. This organic, vegan, and vegetarian wine offers fresh red berry and blood orange aromas, leading to a textured palate bursting with red berry and citrus flavours, balanced by mouthwatering acidity and a crisp, clean finish. A versatile choice, it pairs beautifully with poultry, lean fish, or light appetizers.
75.0CL , 12.0% ABV
Upon arrival at the winery, the hand-harvested Sciaccarellu grapes were 100% destemmed and gently pressed with minimal skin contact to produce a very pale pink colour. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts took place in temperature controlled stainless-steel tanks to preserve the vibrant aromatics. Following fermentation, the wine was matured on its lees for a further six months with weekly bâtonnage to add texture to the palate. Unfined, the wine was cold settled and lightly filtered before bottling.
This vibrant Rosé, made from 100% Sciaccarellu, offers fresh red berry and blood orange aromas. The palate is textured and lively with red berry and citrus flavours, balanced by mouthwatering acidity and a crisp, clean finish.
