Cleto Chiarli `Moden Blanc` Pignoletto Modena Brut from Modena, Emilia-Romagna, Italy, is a delightful dry white sparkling wine crafted from Pignoletto grapes. After soft pressing, fermentation occurs in sealed stainless-steel Charmat tanks at low temperatures. This elegant wine presents a light straw-yellow colour, offering a lightly aromatic bouquet with notes of white flowers and fresh fruit. On the palate, it is rich and velvety, balanced by a refreshing acidity and a hint of residual sugar. A versatile choice, it pairs wonderfully with appetizers, lean fish, or mild cheeses. This wine is also suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Vinification
The grapes were harvested both by hand and machine, then immediately crushed and destemmed. Only the freshest must was selected, clarified and cold-stabilized immediately after harvest. Maceration lasted a few hours at controlled temperatures. The first and only fermentation occurred at controlled temperatures and with selected yeasts in stainless steel Charmat tanks.
