Circulade Cinsault Rosé from Hérault, France, is a vibrant still dry rosé crafted exclusively for Liberty Wines. Made from Cinsault grapes grown on limestone soils in the Southern Languedoc, it benefits from cooling coastal breezes that ensure lively acidity. The grapes are gently pressed and fermented at low temperatures in stainless-steel tanks to preserve delicate aromatics. This unoaked wine offers enticing aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and red cherry, leading to a refreshing palate with vibrant acidity and ripe red fruit flavours, culminating in a crisp, clean finish. It is a versatile choice, perfect with light salads, grilled poultry, or lean fish. This wine is also suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Vinification
Upon arrival at the winery, the Cinsault grapes were gently pressed and immediately separated from the skins, ensuring a pale pink colour. Fermentation took place at low temperatures in stainless-steel tanks in order to retain the delicate aromatics. Unoaked, the wine remained in tank before bottling in the spring following the harvest.
