This elegant wine is partly aged in oak for 12 months, contributing to its structured and complex profile. On the nose, it offers vibrant aromas of ripe strawberry, redcurrant, dark cherry, and plum, complemented by subtle spicy notes. The palate is richly textured, fresh, and well-balanced with silky tannins and a lifted acidity, revealing flavours of blackberry and plum. It pairs beautifully with roasted beef, lamb, or mature cheeses.

Vinification

The wine, a blend of 39% Cabernet Sauvignon, 53% Merlot, and 8% Petit Verdot was fermented in stainless steel and concrete tanks at controlled temperatures to retain the primary fruit aromas. It was then partly aged in oak (Bordeaux coopers) for 12 months, adding further complexity and roundness to this structured and elegant wine.

Flavour profile

This full-bodied red wine offers a complex aromatic profile of ripe red and dark fruits, underpinned by subtle spicy notes. The palate is richly textured and well-balanced, featuring silky tannins and a refreshing acidity that leads to a long, elegant finish.
