Winemaker Vincent Dubernet champions the rarely seen Picpoul Noir grape, whose thin skins are ideal for rosé production, adding a beautifully scented red fruit character. Expect vibrant aromas of fresh strawberries and raspberries, leading to a crisp palate with notes of red plum and a refreshing finish. This versatile wine pairs wonderfully with poultry, shellfish, and light appetizers.
