Château du Coing de St. Fiacre `Confluentia` Muscadet Sèvre et Maine Sur Lie from Muscadet Sèvre et Maine, France, is a vibrant White (Blanc) still, dry wine crafted from 100% Melon de Bourgogne grapes. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for six months on its lees in traditional glass-lined tanks, this wine offers a distinctive textured and fragrant style. Expect vibrant white flower notes and fresh grapefruit aromas on the nose, leading to a nicely rounded palate balanced by a very saline, mineral finish. Vinification
Muscadet wines labelled 'Sur Lie' must be bottled between 1st March and 31st December in the year following the harvest. 'Confluentia' spent 6 months on its lees, in traditional underground tanks lined with glass.
