Château Beaulieu `Cuvée Alexandre` Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence Rosé from France. This still, dry Rosé, a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cinsault, is crafted with direct pressing and low-temperature fermentation to preserve its delicate pale pink hue and vibrant aromas. It reveals notes of wild strawberry, redcurrant, and juicy white peach, complemented by a zesty, refreshing acidity and an elegant mouthfeel. This vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine is a versatile partner for poultry, lean fish, or light appetizers.

Vinification

The grapes were harvested at night and upon arrival at the winery they were destemmed and direct pressed. Fermentation was at low temperatures of around 14°C-18°C to preserve colour and aromas.

This delicate Rosé offers a vibrant bouquet of wild strawberry, redcurrant, and exotic fruits. On the palate, juicy white peach and red fruit notes are balanced by a zesty, refreshing acidity, leading to an elegant and lengthy finish.
