Charles Melton, `Rose of Virginia` Barossa Valley, Australia. This vibrant Rosé is a dry, still wine crafted from Grenache, Shiraz, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The fruit undergoes a 48-hour cold soak on skins, then ferments at low temperatures in stainless steel to preserve its elegant fruit and floral aromatics. It presents a fragrant Turkish Delight bouquet, seasoned with pepper and spice, offering a full-bodied yet crisp palate with balanced acidity and a delightful fruit sweetness. This vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine is perfect with light dishes or appetizers.

Vinification
The fruit was crushed and destemmed, then cold soaked on its skins for 48 hours. The juice was then drained and the skins pressed. Only the free-run juice was used for the Rose of Virginia. The juice was then cold settled, and racked off its lees after two days. The wine was fermented at low temperatures (10-12°C) in stainless steel tanks to retain the elegant fruit and floral aromatics.
