Les Caves de Richemer Piquepoul Piquepoul IGP from Languedoc, France, is a vibrant dry white wine crafted from the Piquepoul grape. The vineyards, managed sustainably on clay-limestone soil near the Étang de Thau lagoons, benefit from sea breezes that temper summer temperatures, preserving acidity. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, this wine displays a bright citrus fruit character with delicate white floral notes and refreshing acidity, complemented by a saline minerality on the finish.
