Cave de Hunawihr Riesling Réserve from Alsace, France, is an elegant still dry white wine crafted from 100% Riesling grapes. The winemaking philosophy focuses on expressing varietal typicity through cool ferments in stainless steel, with no oak influence, followed by three months ageing on fine lees. This results in a fresh, aromatic wine with pronounced aromas of lime, grapefruit, and pear, leading to a palate defined by bright fruit and mouthwatering acidity. It's a versatile companion, pairing beautifully with poultry, lean fish, or spicy cuisine.

Vinification
Each parcel is individually selected to ensure the best quality for this Réserve wine. Fermentation took place at cool temperatures lasting roughly three weeks with indigenous yeasts. The wine was then aged on its fine lees in stainless-steel tanks for three months, before careful filtration and bottling.

This elegant dry white Riesling offers pronounced aromas of lime, grapefruit, and pear, complemented by a distinct minerality. The palate is vibrant with mouthwatering acidity, carrying bright fruit flavours through to a long, refreshing finish.
