Cantine Belisario `Terre di Valbona` Matelica DOC, Italy, is a crisp, dry still White wine crafted from 100% Verdicchio grapes. Grown in vineyards between 350 and 450 metres above sea level, the extended growing season allows the grape's aromatics to fully develop. This results in a wine with vibrant notes of citrus and green apple on the nose, leading to a refreshing palate with a hint of minerality and a clean finish. It pairs wonderfully with lean fish, shellfish, or light vegetarian dishes.
