Cantina di Custoza Custoza Bianco Custoza DOC, Custoza, Italy, is a still, dry white wine crafted from a blend of Trebbiano, Garganega, Incrocio Manzoni, Friulano, and Cortese grapes. The varieties are picked and crushed separately, then soft pressed and fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel to preserve its fresh and delicate aromatics. It offers elegant exotic fruit and toasted almond flavours on the nose, leading to a delicate, mineral, and full-bodied palate with a persistent finish. This versatile wine pairs beautifully with lean fish, shellfish, or light vegetarian dishes.

Vinification
All grape varieties were picked, destemmed, and crushed separately. After a cold maceration on the skins, the grapes were soft pressed, then fermented and aged at controlled temperatures of around 15-18°C in stainless steel tanks.
