Can Sumoi Garnatxa Sumoll from Baix Penedès, Spain, is a certified organic, natural, vegan, and vegetarian still red wine. Crafted from Garnatxa and Sumoll grapes, this dry wine undergoes manual harvests, indigenous yeast fermentation, and minimal sulphur additions, with 20% aged in chestnut barrels. It offers a heady and perfumed profile of vibrant red fruit and Mediterranean herbs, balanced by lively acidity and rounded, silky tannins, with notes of raspberry and red cherry. A versatile choice for poultry, lamb, or mature cheeses, it promises an elegant and fresh drinking experience.

All Can Sumoi wines are organic and produced following the 'Vin Méthode Nature` regulations, resulting in no more than 30mg/L of sulphites in total. The grapes were hand picked into small 15 kg boxes and transported to the winery. After destemming and soft treading, the must was fermented with indigenous yeast in stainless steel tanks at temperatures of 22 - 28°C for colour and tannin extraction, while preserving the pure fruit aromas. Fermentation lasted 14 days and was followed by nine months of ageing in chestnut barrelss for 20% of the wine. The wine was aged for three months in bottle before release.

Serve at 12-14°C; decanting for 30 minutes will enhance its aromatic complexity.
