Ca' di Alte Sauvignon Blanc from Colli Berici, Italy, is a still, dry white wine crafted from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Fermented in steel autoclaves at cool temperatures, this wine sees no oak, preserving its vibrant varietal character. It is intensely fragrant with ripe notes of mango and pineapple, offering a palate defined by vibrant acidity and a long, fresh finish. This expressive white is surprisingly ripe rather than herbaceous, making it a delightful choice. Enjoy with light seafood, poultry, or fresh salads.

Vinification
The grapes were harvested, destemmed and crushed before being gently pressed. Cool fermentation took place at controlled temperatures of 14-16°C in steel autoclaves in order to retain fresh fruit flavours. The wine saw no oak in order to preserve the varietal character.
