Ca' di Alte Prosecco Frizzante Prosecco DOC from Veneto, Italy, is a delightful White sparkling Off-Dry wine crafted exclusively from Glera grapes. Produced using the Charmat method, which involves a cool, slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks, it ensures the preservation of its delicate aromatic compounds. This light, soft Frizzante offers appealing aromas and flavours of Williams pear and stone fruits, presenting a clean, balanced palate with a refreshing finish. It makes an excellent aperitif or a versatile accompaniment to light appetizers and mild cheeses. This wine is also suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Vinification
The grapes were harvested, de-stemmed and crushed. A cool, slow and temperature controlled fermentation then followed in stainless steel. Secondary fermentation took place in sealed tanks using the Charmat method.
