Bodegas Máximo Tinto from Castilla y León, Spain, is a vibrant Red still dry wine crafted from 100% Tempranillo grapes. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel with 12 days of skin maceration, a portion of the wine then spends three to six months in American oak barrels, imparting supple texture and subtle spiced notes. It displays vivid aromas of red cherry and plum fruit, complemented by hints of chocolate and spice. The palate is lively with vibrant red berry fruit, soft tannins, and juicy acidity, making it a versatile companion for cured meats or hearty stews.

The wine was fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks with maceration on the skins for 12 days for gentle extraction of tannins. A proportion of the wine was aged for between three to six months American oak barrels for supple texture and subtle spiced notes.
This smooth, juicy Red wine offers vivid aromas of red cherry and plum, complemented by notes of chocolate and spice. The palate is lively with vibrant red berry fruit, soft tannins, and juicy acidity, creating a balanced and appealing experience.
Serve at 16-18°C. Decant for 30 minutes to allow the fruit to open up.
