Baron de Badassière Viognier Côtes de Thau IGP, Languedoc, France, is a dry white wine crafted from 100% Viognier grapes in a fresh, modern style. The vinification process involves skin maceration and fermentation in stainless steel, with no malolactic fermentation or oak, ensuring purity and delicate aromatics. It offers subtle aromas of bitter almond and honey, leading to a rounded palate with delightful guava and apricot flavours, beautifully balanced by refreshing acidity. This versatile wine is perfect with poultry, rich fish, or mild cheeses. This wine is suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

The grapes were macerated on their skins for several hours before pressing. The must was then fermented in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperatures. No malolactic fermentation took place and the wine was bottled early to retain freshness and delicate aromatics.
This fresh, modern Viognier offers subtle aromas of bitter almond and honey. On the palate, it is rounded with delightful guava and apricot flavours, beautifully balanced by a refreshing acidity on the finish.
Serve chilled at 12-14°C. No decanting required for this fresh, aromatic white.
