Antonella Corda Vermentino di Sardegna Vermentino di Sardegna DOC from Sardinia, Italy, is a vibrant White, still, dry wine crafted from 100% Vermentino grapes. This organic certified wine is hand-picked and vinified in the absence of oxygen, with six months ageing on fine lees in stainless steel to preserve its delicate aromas. It offers a fragrant and intense profile of orange blossom, grapefruit, lemon, and wild herbs, complemented by a palate of vibrant acidity, sea salt, and citrus. This versatile wine pairs beautifully with lean fish, shellfish, or vegetarian dishes.

All grapes were hand picked and then destemmed and gently pressed in a vacuum press. Vinification was carried out in the absence of oxygen, using dry ice to preserve the aromas and reduce the use of SO2. Part of the must underwent a period of pre-fermentation maceration for six hours, before all of the must was fermented at controlled temperatures for 15 days in stainless steel tanks. The wine was then aged for six months on fine lees in stainless steel before bottling.
This Vermentino offers a fragrant and intense aromatic profile, showcasing notes of orange blossom, grapefruit, lemon, and wild Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, a vibrant acidity beautifully complements hints of sea salt and bright citrus, leading to a long, complex finish.
Serve chilled at 12-14°C. No decanting required for this fresh white wine.
