Alpha Zeta `R` Rosato from Valpantena Valley, Italy, is a delightful still Rosé (pale pink) wine. This dry wine, crafted from Corvina grapes, undergoes a brief 12-24 hour skin maceration and cool fermentation in stainless steel to preserve its delicate character. It offers fresh aromas of strawberries, red cherry, and subtle floral notes, leading to a vibrant red fruit palate with a refreshing, slightly mineral finish. This versatile Rosé pairs wonderfully with light appetizers, lean fish, or poultry dishes.
75.0CL , 12.5% ABV
The grapes were hand harvested, destemmed, crushed and macerated on their skins for 12-24 hours. After maceration, the must was chilled and pressed in a pneumatic press and fermented in 1200-hectolitre stainless steel tanks at a 18 to 20°C to retain the delicate cherry perfumes of the Corvina grape. The wine was held in temperature-controlled, 1200-hectolitre stainless steel tanks until bottling to maximize freshness.
This pale pink Rosé offers fresh and inviting aromas of strawberries, red cherry, and delicate floral notes. On the palate, it is dry and vibrant, showcasing a lively red fruit character complemented by a refreshing, slightly mineral finish.
Serve chilled at 10-12°C to best enjoy its fresh red fruit and floral notes. No decanting required.
