Producer Mark Shannon and Elvezia Sbalchiero have perfected a modern style, fermenting at low temperatures to beautifully retain the delicate perfume of the variety. This results in an inviting aromatic experience, with vibrant notes of red berries and a refreshing, crisp palate. Its elegant character makes it an exceptionally versatile choice, perfect for enjoying on its own or alongside a wide array of dishes, from light appetizers to poultry and lean fish.
