16 Stops Shiraz from Riverland, McLaren Vale, Adelaide, Australia is a still, dry red wine crafted from Shiraz grapes. Fermented in stainless steel with gentle extraction, a small proportion is matured in French oak hogsheads for added complexity. It presents a deep crimson colour, with a lifted nose of dark plum, red berries, black pepper and spice. The palate mirrors these flavours with an earthy, savoury tone and fresh, silky tannins, leading to a beautifully long finish. This wine is also suitable for vegans and vegetarians, pairing wonderfully with roasted meats or mature cheeses.
