Shaw + Smith Sauvignon Blanc from Adelaide Hills, Australia, is a certified organic, vegan and vegetarian still white wine. This dry Sauvignon Blanc is crafted from hand-picked whole bunches, gently pressed and cool-fermented in stainless steel to preserve its varietal purity. Aged briefly on lees and bottled early under screw cap, it offers vibrant aromas of lemon, lime, pink grapefruit, and green apple with a hint of fresh herbs. The palate reveals crisp Tahitian lime, delicate florals, and a touch of nettle, all underpinned by fine acidity. A fresh, bright, and expressive wine, it pairs beautifully with light salads or fresh seafood.

Upon arrival at the winery, the hand-picked whole bunches were destemmed and gently pressed. The must was left to settle before being transferred to temperature-controlled, stainless steel vats for a cool fermentation to retain the varietal purity and bright fruit aromas of the Sauvignon Blanc. Following fermentation, the wine was aged on its lees for a short period and was bottled early under screw cap to retain its vibrancy.
This vibrant white wine offers an expressive bouquet of lemon, lime, grapefruit, and green apple, complemented by a hint of fresh herbs. On the palate, it delivers crisp flavours of Tahitian lime, delicate florals, and a touch of nettle, all balanced by fine acidity for a fresh and bright finish.
