Moulin des Chênes Lirac Lirac AOC from Southern Rhône, France is a still, dry red wine, expertly crafted from a blend of Syrah, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, and Grenache. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and aged for 10 months in underground concrete vats, this wine offers a soft, generous body. It bursts with primary fruit and freshness, revealing aromas of ripe strawberries, blackberries, and wild herbs. The palate delivers velvety tannins, a juicy core of bold red fruits, and subtle spice, leading to a long, mellow finish. This versatile red pairs beautifully with roasted meats or mature cheeses, offering remarkable value.

The berries were destemmed and crushed, then fermented in stainless steel vats at 25°C. The wine was kept on skins for 15 days with daily pumping over with rack and returns to ensure good colour and tannin extraction from the skins. The wine was aged in concrete vats for 10 months before bottling.
