Mandrarossa Viognier from Sicily, Italy, is a delightful dry white still wine crafted from 100% Viognier grapes. Hailing from vineyards on south and south-east facing slopes at altitudes of 150-350 metres above sea level, the grapes are carefully vinified with fermentation and aging in temperature-controlled stainless steel to preserve freshness. This wine offers inviting aromas of ripe peaches and apricot. On the palate, it is dry and savoury, with a refreshing acidity that provides excellent structure and a persistent finish. This versatile wine pairs wonderfully with poultry or rich fish, making it an excellent choice for various culinary occasions.
