Mandrarossa Syrah from Sicily, Italy, is a still, dry Red wine crafted from 100% Syrah grapes. Grapes were hand harvested, then crushed, softly pressed and macerated. Fermentation occurred in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks at 22-25°C for six to eight days, followed by eight months of maturation in stainless steel. This Syrah boasts an intense ruby-red colour with violet reflections. The nose is floral and fruity, revealing hints of figs, elderflower, and lavender. The palate is velvety, offering concentrated flavours of ripe red fruit. It pairs wonderfully with roasted meats, rich pasta dishes, or mature cheeses.

Grapes were hand harvested, and once at the winery, berries were crushed and softly pressed and macerated. After maceration, the must was fermented in temperature controlled stainless-steel tanks at 22-25°C for six to eight days. The wine spent a further eight months in the stainless-steel to mature.
This Mandrarossa Syrah presents an intense ruby-red hue with violet reflections. The nose is a delightful bouquet of floral and fruity notes, featuring hints of figs, elderflower, and lavender. On the palate, it offers a velvety texture with concentrated flavours of ripe red fruit.
Decant for 30 minutes and serve at 12-14°C.
