It offers a nose of fresh blackberries, black cherry, spices, and lavender, leading to a juicy, fragrant, and bright palate with elegant acidity, notes of strawberries and fresh herbs. A versatile choice, it pairs beautifully with pasta dishes, beef, and mature cheeses. This wine is certified organic, vegan, and vegetarian.

In 2024, the Barbera was harvested between September 28th and October 16th. Each vineyard was fermented separately with an extended skin contact of up to 29 days, several with submerged caps. The resulting wine was then aged for approximately three months in stainless steel prior to bottling.
This vibrant red wine offers an inviting nose of fresh blackberries, black cherry, and lavender, complemented by subtle spice notes. The palate is juicy, fragrant, and bright, showcasing elegant acidity with delightful flavours of strawberries and fresh herbs.
