It offers an exuberant bouquet of bright red fruit aromas, notably raspberry and redcurrant, with subtle spicy notes. The palate is fresh and supple, defined by fine tannins, a lifted acidity, and a crisp finish. A versatile choice, it pairs beautifully with poultry, cured meats, and mild cheeses.
