The palate reveals beautifully balanced acidity with lingering floral and fruity notes, showcasing deep flavour intensity. It pairs wonderfully with poultry, light pasta dishes, or as a refreshing aperitif.

The grapes were harvested by hand during the cool hours of the day to allow for attentive selection in the vineyard. They were then carefully carried in small boxes to the winery so they could be processed on the sorting table allowing for further selection. After processing, they were directly pressed. Fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures and was followed by 90 days of lees ageing to add texture. The wine was then fined and bottled.
This vibrant dry rosé offers a fragrant and intense fruit profile. On the nose, expect delicate floral aromas intertwined with hints of stone fruit, peach, and green apple. The palate is beautifully balanced with refreshing acidity, where the floral and fruity notes linger on the finish.
Serve chilled at 10-12°C. Best enjoyed young, no decanting required.
