El Coto Rioja Blanco Rioja DOCa, Spain, is a vibrant White still dry wine crafted from Viura, Verdejo, and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. From one of Rioja's best-known producers, this wine is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel, without malolactic fermentation or oak ageing, to preserve its bright fruit flavours and inherent vibrancy. It bursts with inviting aromas of peaches, crisp apples, zesty citrus, and exotic tropical fruits. The palate delivers lively acidity and a dry, crisp finish, making it an exceptionally refreshing and versatile choice. Enjoy this delightful wine with light seafood, fresh salads, or poultry dishes.

Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes were chilled and then gently pressed in a pneumatic press. Fermentation took place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks at low temperatures of 14 to 18°C, to preserve the bright varietal aromas and retain freshness. The wine did not go through malolactic fermentation or oak ageing, in order to preserve its bright fruit flavours and vibrancy.
