Donnafugata Sherazade from Sicily, Italy, is a vibrant still Red wine crafted solely from Nero d'Avola grapes. After gentle pressing, the must undergoes fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with skin maceration, followed by malolactic fermentation and four months in tank before bottling. This dry wine offers fragrant red plum and cherry aromas with delicate spicy and violet floral notes. The palate is soft and enveloping, showcasing smooth tannins and a spicy fruit profile with extraordinary freshness. It pairs beautifully with rich pasta dishes, grilled meats, or mature cheeses. This wine is vegan and vegetarian friendly.

After gentle pressing, the must was fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with a 6-8 day maceration on the skins at 24-25°C. Following malolactic fermentation, the wine remained in tank for four months before bottling. It then spent at least eight months in the bottle before release.
This vibrant red wine, crafted solely from Nero d'Avola, offers an inviting bouquet of fragrant red plum and cherry, complemented by delicate spicy and floral violet notes. The palate is soft and enveloping, revealing a fresh, spicy fruit profile with smooth tannins.
Serve at 16-18°C. Decanting for 30 minutes can enhance its aromas.
