Dievole Chianti Classico Chianti Classico DOCG, Italy, is a certified organic, vegan and vegetarian red still dry wine crafted from Sangiovese, Canaiolo, and Colorino grapes. Fermented in concrete vats with natural yeasts and aged for 13 months in large, untoasted French oak barrels, this wine is expressive, fresh, and vibrant. It offers intense aromas of ripe red fruits, cocoa, and violet, leading to a full-bodied palate with smooth cherry flavours, velvety tannins, and a wonderful freshness. A versatile choice, it pairs beautifully with pasta dishes or mature cheeses.

After picking and pressing, the must was fermented in 75-hectolitre concrete vats with natural yeasts at a controlled maximum temperature of 28°C. After about two weeks of fermentation, the wine was racked into large, untoasted 41-hectolitre French oak barrels, where it remained for 13 months prior to bottling.
This expressive red wine is fresh and vibrant, offering intense aromas of ripe red fruits, cocoa, and violet. On the palate, it is full-bodied and structured, with smooth cherry and red fruit flavours, complemented by velvety tannins and a wonderful freshness.
Serve at 16-18°C. Decant for an hour to enhance its complex aromas and flavours.
