Bodega Garzón `Viognier de Corte` from Maldonado, Uruguay, is a captivating still white wine. This dry Viognier is fermented and aged in stainless-steel tanks for three months on lees, preserving its vibrant character. It opens with delightful aromas of honeysuckle, green apple, and ripe pear, leading to a palate rich with dried apricot and white peach, balanced by a steely minerality and firm acidity. This elegant wine is vegan and vegetarian, making it a versatile choice for pairing with poultry, rich fish, or mild cheeses.

The hand-harvested grapes were fermented in stainless-steel tanks at 17°C for two weeks. The wine then remained in tank for a further three months on lees before blending and bottling.
This Viognier offers a rich yet fresh profile, opening with delightful aromas of honeysuckle, green apple, and ripe pear. The palate reveals flavours of dried apricot and white peach, complemented by a steely minerality and firm acidity for a refreshing finish.
