Bodega Garzón's Pinot Noir Rosé de Corte from Garzón, Uruguay, is a delightful dry rosé wine crafted from a blend of Pinot Noir, Merlot, and Marselan. This still wine undergoes fermentation and ageing in stainless steel tanks, with a period on skins to achieve its delicate colour, preserving its vibrant aromatics and crisp freshness. It offers intense aromas of fresh strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries, complemented by notes of cherry. On the palate, it is crisp with balanced acidity and a distinct minerality, leading to a refreshing finish. This versatile rosé pairs beautifully with a range of lighter dishes.
75.0CL , 13.5% ABV
Following careful sorting, the grapes were destemmed at the winery. After gentle pressing, they spent time on skins to extract colour before fermentation took place in stainless-steel tanks for roughly two weeks. The wine then spent between three and six months on its lees in stainless-steel tanks prior to bottling.
This elegant dry rosé offers an intense aromatic profile of fresh strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries, with subtle cherry notes. On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing, showcasing a distinct minerality and balanced acidity that leads to a clean finish.
Serve chilled at 10-12°C for optimal freshness and enjoyment.
