Axel Pauly `Purist` Mosel, Germany is a pristine and steely White still wine, crafted dry from 100% Riesling grapes. Hand-picked grapes undergo 20 hours of skin contact before fermentation in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts, preserving its pure character. It bursts with bright citrus and crisp green apple flavours, complemented by fresh hay aromas and a distinctive minerality. This fresh and light wine is vegan and vegetarian, making it a versatile choice, perfect with poultry, lean fish, or various vegetarian dishes.

Upon arrival at the winery, the hand-picked grapes underwent skin contact for 20 hours prior to fermentation to extract the precious Riesling flavours. Fermentation took place in stainless-steel tanks, with indigenous yeasts, at a controlled temperature of 19°C for three weeks.
This dry Mosel Riesling offers a pristine and steely character, bursting with bright citrus and crisp green apple flavours. Notes of fresh hay on the nose complement its fresh and light palate, leading to an elegant and mineral finish.
Serve chilled at 12-14°C to best enjoy its vibrant fruit and mineral notes; no decanting required.
