Vesevo Aglianico Campania, Italy is a still, dry red wine crafted from 100% Aglianico grapes. The grapes are destemmed, gently crushed, and fermented at 26°C for 15 days before the wine is aged for eight months in oak barrels. This process results in a complex and intense nose of black fruit, warm spices, coffee, and vanilla, with a palate featuring firm, smooth tannins and a clean, dry finish. It pairs beautifully with robust dishes such as beef, lamb, mature cheeses, or rich pasta dishes.

Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes were destemmed and gently crushed to retain the natural aromatics and avoid any bitterness from the seeds. Fermentation took place at 26 °C for 15 days. The wine was then transferred into oak barrels and aged for eight months prior to bottling.
This Aglianico offers a complex and intense aromatic profile, revealing an ample bouquet of black fruit, warm spices, coffee, and vanilla. On the palate, these flavours are complemented by firm, smooth tannins and a clean, dry finish.
Serve at 16-18°C. Decant for an hour to allow its complex aromas to fully develop.
