Château Los Boldos Sanama Reserva, Red Blend from Cachapoal Andes Valley, Chile, is a still, dry Red wine crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon and Alicante Bouschet. Vinified traditionally in stainless steel and aged in cement tanks, it offers inviting aromas of ripe black fruit, mint, and liquorice. The medium-bodied palate presents firm, integrated tannins with flavours of blackberry, plum, and black pepper, culminating in a clean finish. This fruit-forward wine is ready for drinking and pairs wonderfully with roasted meats.
75.0CL , 13.5% ABV
The grapes were destemmed and crushed before being vinified traditionally. Frequent pump-overs were carried out in temperature controlled, stainless steel tanks before fermentation. The wine was aged in cement tanks, with several rackings to eliminate lees, as well as light fining followed by filtration, before bottling.
This fruit-forward Red Blend offers inviting aromas of ripe black fruit, mint, and a hint of liquorice. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with firm, integrated tannins, showcasing flavours of blackberry, plum, and a touch of black pepper, leading to a clean finish.
Serve at 16-18°C. Decanting for 30 minutes before serving will enhance its fruit character.
