Raventós i Blanc Blanc de Blancs from Conca del Riu Anoia, Spain, is an exquisite White Sparkling Dry wine crafted from a traditional blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo, Parellada, and Malvasia de Sitges grapes. Made using the traditional method, it undergoes 18 months of ageing on its lees in stainless steel tanks, resulting in a gentle, citrus and mineral-inflected profile with soft Mediterranean herbs, superb freshness, and a persistent, elegant finish. This certified organic, vegan and vegetarian friendly wine is perfect as an aperitif or paired with delicate seafood dishes.

All Raventós wines are made using the traditional method. Each variety was handpicked and then vinified separately, starting with the grapes being pressed in a pneumatic press at low pressure. The juice was settled at cool temperatures prior to undergoing fermentation in stainless-steel tanks using native yeasts. The wine was aged on the lees for 18 months with no malolactic fermentation allowed.
This elegant White Sparkling wine offers a gentle, refreshing profile with vibrant citrus and distinct mineral notes. Subtle hints of Mediterranean herbs contribute to its superb freshness and persistent finish.
