Pacheco Pereda Organic Malbec from Luján de Cuyo, Argentina, is a vibrant Red still dry wine crafted from 100% Malbec grapes. Fermented in stainless steel with half aged in used French oak for two months, it offers fruit-forward aromas of plums, cherries, and raspberries, complemented by delicate violet notes. The palate is medium-bodied with round, velvety tannins and a refreshing mouthfeel, showcasing a generous red and black fruit character. This organic-certified, vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine pairs beautifully with roasted lamb or rich pasta dishes.

Fermentation took place in stainless steel at 26-28°C for 7 days, and malolactic fermentation also occurred. Half of the wine was aged in medium toast French oak barrels for two months before blending and bottling.
This organic Malbec offers a vibrant and fruit-forward experience, showcasing generous aromas of plums, cherries, and raspberries, beautifully complemented by delicate violet notes. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with round, velvety tannins and a refreshing mouthfeel, highlighting its rich red and black fruit character.
Serve at 14-16°C. Decant for 30 mins to enhance fruit expression.
