Kaiken Método Tradicional Brut from Gualtallary, Argentina is a vibrant dry white sparkling wine crafted from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. Hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed, it undergoes bottle fermentation and two years on lees, developing a subtle golden hue and elegant bubbles. The nose reveals aromas of green apple, pear, buttery notes, toast, and a hint of almond. Refreshing and remarkably balanced with vibrant acidity, it offers a persistent finish. This vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine is perfect as an aperitif or paired with appetizers and shellfish.
75.0CL , 12.5% ABV
The grapes were hand picked into 10 kilogram boxes and only the healthiest grapes were selected. The grapes were whole-bunch pressed and the juice was then cold settled for 48 hours. Fermentation took place at a temperature of 10°C to produce a high quality base wine. For the second fermentation, the wine was bottle-fermented for 30 days and left on the lees for two years to enhance its structure and complexity before disgorgement.
This vibrant dry white sparkling wine offers a bright appearance with elegant bubbles. The nose and palate are graced with aromas and flavours of crisp green apple and pear, complemented by rich buttery notes, a hint of toast, and delicate almond undertones. It is refreshing, remarkably balanced with vibrant acidity, and culminates in a persistent finish.
Serve chilled at 8-10°C. No decanting needed, enjoy its vibrant bubbles.
