Izadi Larrosa, from Rioja Alavesa, Spain, is a delicate dry Rosé wine crafted from old bush vine Garnacha. Hand-picked and made exclusively from free-run juice with a short skin maceration, it is fermented in stainless steel to preserve its vibrant character. This light, elegant wine offers enticing aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and red cherries, complemented by notes of white peach and pear. The palate delivers intense fresh fruit and floral hints, balanced by refreshing acidity and a long finish. A versatile choice, it pairs beautifully with poultry, lean fish, and vegetarian dishes. This wine is vegan and vegetarian.

Once at the winery, the grapes were carefully sorted and transferred directly to the press to undergo a short maceration on the skins approximately 1 hour - to extract the primary fruit aromas and just the right amount of colour. Fermentation took place in stainless-steel tanks at controlled cool temperatures. Malolactic fermentation was avoided. After fermentation, the wine remained in contact with the lees to add texture and complexity, before being lightly filtered and bottled.
