A crisp White wine with fresh yellow plum and citrus notes, perfect with lean fish
Gran Sasso Trebbiano d'Abruzzo from Abruzzo, Italy is a still, dry White wine (Bianco) crafted from Trebbiano grapes. The grapes are sourced from cooler Apennine foothills, then gently crushed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to preserve the fruit's character. It presents an intense perfume of fresh yellow plums and orange blossom, leading to a lively palate of peachy fruit with a refreshing citrus twist. This versatile wine pairs beautifully with lean fish, pasta, or light appetizers.
