Frédéric Berne Gamay Noir from Beaujolais Lantignié, France, is a vibrant Red still dry wine crafted from 100% Gamay Noir grapes. This certified organic wine is made with minimal intervention, using 100% whole bunch and semi-carbonic maceration in stainless steel tanks, followed by ageing in concrete vats, ensuring an unoaked expression. It bursts with aromas of redcurrant, raspberry, and red cherry, leading to a palate defined by exuberant red fruit, fine-grained tannins, and mouthwatering acidity, culminating in a crisp finish. A wonderfully approachable Beaujolais, it pairs beautifully with poultry, cured meats, mild cheeses, or vegetarian dishes.
