Finca Sandoval `Salia` Manchuela DO, from Manchuela, Castilla-La Mancha, Spain, is a captivating Red still dry wine crafted from a blend of Syrah, Bobal, and Touriga Nacional. Co-fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for 12 months in old, large oak barrels and foudres, this organic, vegan, and vegetarian wine showcases the producer's commitment to freshness and limited new oak influence. It offers enticing aromas of blackberries, blackcurrant, and delicate floral notes, leading to a palate of elegant freshness with flavours of black cherries and a touch of cinnamon, all framed by velvety tannins. This distinctive wine pairs beautifully with roasted lamb or mature cheeses.

All the varieties were hand-picked simultaneously and transported to the winery where they were directly pressed. The grapes were co-fermented using indigenous yeasts, followed by ageing in 300 and 500 litre oak barrels, as well as 2500 litre foudres, for 12 months prior to bottling.
This captivating Red wine offers enticing aromas of blackberries, blackcurrant, and delicate floral notes. The palate reveals elegant freshness with flavours of black cherries and a touch of cinnamon, all framed by velvety tannins.
Serve at 16-18°C. Decant for 30 minutes to an hour to allow its complex aromas to unfold.
