Finca Museum, `La Renacida` Cigales DO Spain is a captivating Red still dry wine, a unique field blend of Tempranillo, Garnacha, Garnacha Tintorera, Garnacha Gris, Bobal, Mencía, Albillo Mayor, Verdejo, and Garnacha Blanca. Sourced from nearly 100-year-old vines, the grapes are co-fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for 12 months in French oak foudres. It offers lifted aromas of red cherry, wildflowers, and orange peel, complemented by a touch of cinnamon spice. The palate reveals a juicy core of red berry fruit, structured by fine tannins and revitalising acidity. This vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine pairs beautifully with beef, lamb, cured meats, or mature cheeses.

Vinification

The grapes were hand harvested into small crates to avoid crushing, followed by rigorous selection at the winery's sorting table. The different varieties were destemmed and co-fermented using indigenous yeasts to reflect the site's unique character. Pump overs were kept to a minimum, to ensure a gentle extraction. Following malolactic fermentation, the wine was aged for 12 months in French oak foudres before bottling.
