Domaine Perraud Mâcon-Villages Mâcon Villages AOC, France, presents a delightful White (Chardonnay) still, dry wine crafted from Chardonnay grapes. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats using indigenous yeasts, followed by malolactic conversion and ten months of ageing on fine lees, this wine develops remarkable elegance and complexity. It offers lively citrus, ripe apple, and fragrant white flower aromas. The palate is medium-bodied, generous, and round, showcasing beautifully rich stone fruit flavours that are tempered by a fresh, zippy acidity. This versatile wine is perfect with poultry, lean fish, or mild cheeses, and is suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes were gently pressed in a penumatic press. Fermentation took place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats, using only indigenous yeasts. The wine went through malolactic conversion before ageing on fine lees for around ten months in tank, adding complexity and texture to the wine. The wine was lightly filtered before bottling.
