Traditionally made using artisanal practices, this wine is hand blended and bottled without fining or filtration. It offers an extraordinary nose of crème brulée, citrus peel, maple syrup, almonds, figs, and raisins. The palate is sweet and rich with vibrant acidity, revealing complex flavours of candied fruit, apricot, dried figs, and toffee.
