Curatolo Arini Nero d'Avola from Sicily, Italy, is a vibrant Red (Rouge) still, dry wine crafted from 100% Nero d'Avola grapes. The grapes are macerated on skins for 12 days, then fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel, with 30% aged in 250 litre oak casks for 10 months. This fruit-driven wine offers enticing aromas of violets, red cherries, and plums, complemented by a hint of white pepper. On the palate, it reveals intense red fruit characters and delicate spices, supported by soft tannins, leading to a long finish. It pairs beautifully with roasted lamb, rich pasta dishes, or mature cheeses.
