Cien Y Pico `En Vaso` Manchuela, Spain is a vibrant Red still dry wine crafted from ancient Bobal vines. Aged for six months in 225 litre barriques, it offers a captivating nose of abundant fruit, chocolate, and earthy notes. The palate reveals juicy blackberries, blackcurrant, cocoa, and a hint of cinnamon spice, all supported by soft, approachable tannins and a lifted, fresh finish. This beautifully balanced wine is ideal for drinking now and pairs wonderfully with roasted lamb, rich pasta dishes, or mature cheeses.

The four winemakers modestly refer to the wine as 'fresh-picked fruit off the vine during harvest with just a little winemaking'. Vinification is very traditional and simple, with very little intervention. Grapes are fermented on their skins for 12 days. The wine is aged in 225 litre barriques for 6 months.
This vibrant Red wine, crafted from Bobal grapes, offers an inviting nose of abundant dark fruit, chocolate, and earthy undertones. On the palate, it delivers juicy blackberries, blackcurrant, and cocoa, complemented by a hint of cinnamon spice, all leading to a soft texture with approachable tannins and a fresh, uplifting finish.
Serve at 14-16°C. Decant for 30 minutes to allow its vibrant fruit and spice notes to fully develop.
