A crisp White wine from Mosel with vibrant lemon, peach, and a distinctive mineral finish

Axel Pauly `Tres Naris` from Mosel, Germany, is a superb dry White (still) Riesling, crafted by a dynamic young star of German wine. Sourced from steeply sloping vineyards with blue slate soils, the hand-harvested grapes undergo skin contact and slow fermentation in stainless steel with natural yeasts, then age on fine lees for three months. This process yields a wine with a vibrant aromatic profile of elderflower, lemon, and peach. The palate is invigorated by fresh acidity and a distinctive mineral character, leading to a long, clean finish. This versatile wine pairs beautifully with lean fish, shellfish, and poultry dishes.
75.0CL , 11.0% ABV
The hand-harvested grapes underwent skin contact for 12 hours prior to fermentation in stainless steel tanks in order to extract precious Riesling flavours. After a slow, cool, temperature controlled fermentation with natural yeast, the wine was kept on fine lees for three months, which resulted in more mellow, smooth flavours.
This dry Mosel Riesling offers a vibrant aromatic profile of elderflower, lemon, and peach. On the palate, it delivers invigorating fresh acidity and a distinctive mineral character that leads to a long, clean finish.
Serve chilled at 10-12°C to best appreciate its crisp acidity and mineral notes.
